Thursday 5:15pm 30/30 Combo 

Saturday 8am Strength/ 8:30 Spin

Strength: 60 minutes of a full-body strength-based workout, including a good stretch.

30/30 Combo: Your One-and-Done workout incorporating light weights and body weight movements, finished with a good Spin ride.
